Early Access

Work with Zondra before public availability.

Zondra is in Closed Alpha. We work with a limited number of companies that want a Business Brain in real work — and help us improve it before a broader release.

Why early access

Access is limited on purpose.

Zondra is a real product with a public demo. Early access is for companies that want a working relationship with the team — not a self-serve launch at full scale.

  • Real product feedback

Closed Alpha exists so we can learn from companies using Zondra on actual work — not from abstract surveys.

  • Guided onboarding

Early companies talk with the team, get a workspace set up for their context, and are not left alone with a blank system.

  • Gradual rollout

We expand carefully. We prioritize setup quality over open signup.

  • Direct loop to the product

Issues, gaps, and requests from early companies feed the roadmap while the product is still being built.

Who it is for

Built for teams whose work is relationship-heavy.

Early access is a fit when your company already feels the cost of scattered context — not when you only need a single lightweight task list.

  • Consulting firms

Engagements, clients, and follow-ups need to stay with the firm — not in one consultant’s inbox.

  • Software houses & agencies

Client work spans meetings, tasks, documents, and delivery. Context should compound across the team.

  • Professional services

Studios and service firms that run relationships, deadlines, and decisions in parallel.

  • B2B services companies

Accounts, conversations, and next steps belong in one company memory — not scattered tools.

  • Sales-led teams

Pipeline, meetings, and follow-up work should share the same customer context.

  • Growing SMBs

Smaller companies that have outgrown fragmented apps and want a Business Brain early.

What to expect

What you can expect.

  • A real product

You work in the same surfaces shown on the site and in the public demo — My Day, CRM, meetings, tasks, documents, knowledge, automation, and Copilot.

  • A complete public demo

You can explore /demo without an account before requesting access. Changes stay in your browser and reset on refresh.

  • A short conversation first

We review requests and talk with companies that look like a fit — so setup matches how you actually work.

  • Room to shape what comes next

Feedback from early companies informs what we fix and build next. That is the point of Closed Alpha.

  • No purchase flow here

This page does not sell seats or run checkout. Access and terms are discussed directly — public pricing is not listed yet.

  • You can leave

Early access is not a trap. If Zondra is not the right system, you can stop anytime.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Can I try the demo first?
Yes. The public demo at /demo does not require a login. It uses a static Acme Corp dataset in your browser and does not touch production company data.
Is Zondra publicly available?
Zondra is in Closed Alpha. The product and demo are real, but we are not positioning this as general public availability. Early access is for companies that want a guided path with the team.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on your team and how much context you bring in. Expect a short conversation first, then workspace setup. We do not publish a fixed SLA for every company.
Will pricing change?
Public pricing is not published on this site yet. Early access terms are discussed directly with each company. This page does not run checkout or sell seats.
Can I provide feedback?
Yes. That is a core reason Closed Alpha exists. Feedback from companies using the product informs what we fix and build next.
How often is the product updated?
The product ships ongoing improvements. We do not claim a fixed public release cadence on this page — early companies see changes as they land in the live product.
